Axarquía in Andalusia
In the heart of the region in Andalusia Axarquía is authentic white village of Arenas. 1 km before the village is on the way the former cortijo (Spanish farmhouse), Casa Río Seco.

Velez Malaga, 8 km from Arenas, the centre for agriculture and industry in the region, and capital of the Axarquía, a historic city with a nice centre.
Torre del Mar, 13 km from Arenas, is a friendly seaside resort. This coastal town, which still attracts tourism in particular with the Spanish, has a beautiful boulevard and pleasant beach life. On Thursday you can visit the local market.
